Over the past six months the management team and staff have continued to focus on numerous improvements to the property, the individual units, the office/lobby, the grounds and the quality of service we offer to our guests and owners. Below are some of those improvements to date:
The front desk team, new employees and myself have engaged in numerous training classes offered through VRI. These courses have given us the knowledge and expertise in all administrative aspects of our reservation, rental and owner file systems.
The continued enhancement of the Wi-Fi connectivity has included tree removal and pruning which also aids in preserving the roofs and buildings from damage as well as upgrading access points which are strategically located around the property.
As the General Manager, my philosophy exhibits focusing on becoming extremely hands on with all aspects of our operation. This enables me to be familiar with every project as well as the day to day operations. The housekeeping department has seen great improvement with quality and the ability to have units ready by 4:00 p.m. each and every day. The housekeeping inspection process that has been adopted allows a careful and comprehensive check of each unit on the same day the guests and/or owners are scheduled to arrive. The resort staff, including myself, will continue to be trained to be better and better in their positions which can only enhance our guest and owner enjoyment and reviews.

Cape Cod Holiday Estates has partnered with Joe Takacs, Broker/Owner of TheMVPService who will work closely with me to market unsold weeks and assist owners who want to buy and/or sell existing inventory. The presence of an active onsite General Manager that also is able to sell intervals can only result in positive financial results. Our goal is to add 25-30 new owners each year for the foreseeable future.
